There are three programs that People Working Better Together offer.
Organizational
Culture/Strategy/Leadership
Revival/Bootcamp
is a 10-week set of workshop-style sessions and between-session assignments for a leadership team to work individually and together to solidify the "Why", "What" and "How" a leadership team views and operates together to optimize the organization's High Performance capabilities.
Organization, Team, and Contributor Transformation
is a project following an assessment-to-aspiration approach. More specifically, we follow a Lean Six Sigma DMAIC model to assess an organization's and teams' behavioral characteristics to get a baseline, analyze that baseline, build a plan to reach the desired state, and execute that plan resulting in an improved operating High Performance model.
Organization, Team, and Contributor Sustainment
is an ongoing relationship to ensure that the resulting High Performance model continues to operate effectively.
We have had a great deal of success with two types of organizations.
The first type of organization is relatively young in terms of its organizational maturity, meaning that they have pretty much the same people leading the organization as when it started, as well as it has only pivoted while learning what it really is meant to do. It may or may not have grown to a large number of employees, customers, revenue, and so on. The reason we are successful with these types of organizations is that the leadership team needs to do a collective introspection to move into its next chapter of existence beyond a pivot.
The second type of organization is one that has plateaued in its performance levels in terms of customer acquisition, customer solution production, customer solution delivery, customer retention or repeat solution production and delivery, and so on. The reason we are successful with these types of organizations is that our assessments and analysis clearly identify gaps in performance, and our ability to lead an organization through transformation and sustainment drive new levels of operational high performance.
Our best customers began our relationship through initial discussions designed to ascertain whether we felt the organization was ready for a transformation and whether our model would have the positive impact we expect to influence.
With our best customers, after the initial discussions and the determination that there was a fit, we worked through an assessment phase to be able to have fact-based data as the foundation of the organization's current status was presented.
Our best customers then asked for us to complete an analysis of the current status and the aspirational status and transformation projects were presented.
We then executed approved transformation projects, which have varied in terms of number of participants and length of time depending upon the size of the organization and the breadth of the transformation.
Our best customers have had us stay engaged to sustain the transformation through monitoring and intervening when a transformed organization begins to slip back to its old ways.
